Hooters opened their first casino in Spokane, Washington in 2005. This was the chip first used when the casino opened. The center printing was very brittle and within a short time the tables were covered with little flecks of the centers flaking off. Even on opening day it was hard to find chips that were in good condition. The chip pictured has 2 small flakes missing above the S and the P in Spokane. These chips were replaced with a totally different design a short time later.
